Discipleship cohorts at RCC are smaller bands of men & women committed to a journey of discipleship together for a set period of time. Our hope is that the Biblical Leadership cohort will supplement the community and discipleship happening in your Small Group and will serve to fuel growth in Jesus and His mission.
